Kristin Allen

As a Northern Virginia native, Kristin made her way to Southwest Virginia in 1997 to attend Radford University. She graduated in 2001, and it was here she started her career in Retail Management, and fell in love with the New River Valley. After meeting her husband the same year, they have raised 2 amazing girls right here in the New River Valley, both of which are currently pursuing a college education. Residing, happily in Blacksburg, Kristin and her family relish the offerings of the New River Valley, especially attending Virginia Tech Women’s Basketball games together Her long career in retail has shaped her into the person she is today. Her ability to establish and cultivate meaningful relationships with clients is something that comes as second nature to her. It is in this career that she has been able to fine tune her leadership skills and a deep understanding of business operations. Her passion is helping people and creating lasting relationships. These are the skills that sparked her interest in real estate. She is eager to create new relationships while ultimately helping her clients find their perfect home. She is grateful for all the opportunities she has had, and for the community she is a part of, and looks forward to making a positive impact and creating new relationships every step of the way.
