Ask anyone, and they will tell you that Montgomery County is a special place to live. I can attest to that. I live in Blacksburg with my lovely wife and two dogs and couldn't imagine being anywhere else. I love to bike, hike, and kayak the area and enjoy the electricity in the air that only a college town can provide.
Blacksburg offers diversity, culture, numerous outdoor activities like kayaking or fishing the mighty New River, or hiking and biking through the Poverty Creek Trail System. Meet some friends and enjoy a play or an exhibition at the Moss Arts Performing Theater, or experience the ground-shaking rumble as the VT football team enters Lane Stadium on a chilly fall evening. Blacksburg is a friendly town brimming with professionals of all ages. The VT Corporate Research Center (an extension of Silicon Valley) continues to grow with new startup companies just waiting to be discovered, bringing new jobs to the area on repeat. The real estate market is ultra-competitive here; having a Realtor with loads of experience is necessary and will unlock opportunities that you'll not get by just randomly picking someone.
Whether you're looking to transfer in from another city, move up or downsize, start a business or find a place to park some cash and watch your wealth grow, I can help you. I love real estate investment strategies, so if you're interested in discussing what potential is here, I'd be happy to break down the numbers and show you how to obtain high returns with low volatility. I own investments in the area and would be glad to show you how they are performing. I also serve our VT Hokies baseball team, trainers, and coaching staff as their chaplain. I've been involved in ministry for several years now and greatly appreciate the opportunity afforded me to serve in this capacity.
I look forward to meeting you! -Brian
