“Brian was wonderful to work with. We were looking at houses from out of town and he was willing to do video walk throughs with us. When we came to town, he spent an afternoon with us looking at houses. When we found the one we loved, he worked/talked closely with the owners (FSBO) to see what they needed to close the sale. Within 24 hours we had locked in a contract. Since we lived out of town Brian was willing to gather info that we needed to prepare to move, picked up keys for us, etc. Even now he is checking in with us on the house and if we need anything.
